Memberships/Maintenance Agreements
Become a Loyal Customer by obtaining one or more of our maintenance agreements. We service anything we sell and with a maintenance agreement in place you will not only save money with us but you will gain peace of mind. No more remembering to call every spring to get your A/C serviced or every fall to get your Generator serviced. We will keep track of when your products need attention and a reminder will automatically be generated for us to check in and get your product the attention it may need.

Annual HVAC Memberships
Memberships cover one specific unit and will need to be purchased for each location or each individual unit.
Basic
Includes 2 service calls for scheduled checkups, 2 filter changes, and 10% off parts and labor for standard service calls. Price is an annual fee.
Premium
Includes 2 service calls for scheduled checkups, 2 filter changes, 15% off parts and labor and 50% off dispatch fees for standard service calls. Price is an annual fee.
Premium Plus
Includes 2 service calls for scheduled checkups, 12 filter changes, 15% off parts and labor and NO dispatch fees for standard service calls. Price is an annual fee.
Liquid Cooled Generator Maintenance Agreements
Change oil and filter after manufacturer’s recommended break-in procedure (member must notify HEMC); Change or clean all filters (oil, fuel, and air) annually; Change lubricating oil; Replace spark plugs annually; Check air inlets and outlets for debris. Clean as necessary; Adjust valve clearance after the first 50 hours of operation – (If 50 hours occur prior to annual service, member must notify HEMC.)
