Brian is the owner and president of Maxwell Electric dba Your Best Choice. He built this business in 2013 after working as an electrician and gas tech for 18 years. Brian is a certified Master Electrician and he is continually trying to expand Your Best Choice and provide a fun and safe working environment for his team.

Teresa is Your Best Choice's bookkeeper and secretary. Teresa keeps the business organized and running smoothly by invoicing customers, collecting payments, and providing excellent customer service in our office. She is also part owner of Your Best Choice.

Brody is the Operations Manager here at Your Best Choice. He currently works hand in hand with Brian to oversee all aspects of the business. His knowledge and background are a huge asset to the company and he is happy to have such an extensive roll in the business.

Tate is the newest member of Your Best Choice. He is our generator specialist and will be on the road meeting with new customers to talk about our Generac Generators. His electrical background will be so helpful when meeting new clients and helping them understand all there is to know about a home standby generator.

Makenzie has various roles at Your Best Choice. A few of which are social media marketing, website design, assisting Teresa and Nicole with office duties and even helping with installs. She is sort of Your Best Choice's Jack-of-all-Trades.

Nicole spends her time in the office at Your Best Choice along side Teresa. She is our customer service specialist. She takes care of phone calls, helps with invoices, schedules maintenance and so much more!

Steve is the Service Manager at Your Best Choice. He is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of your generator, monitoring your generators online and making sure all repairs are completed in a timely manner. Steve has been dedicated to the generator, electrical, gas and plumbing industry for just over a decade!

Montana is our lead install technician. He is a highly skilled electrical apprentice with knowledge of gas piping, transfer switches and engines. He works carefully with Brian to make sure the generators are placed correctly and are set up exactly how the customers want. He makes sure every install is done right at Your Best Choice.

Matt is an installation technician and works diligently alongside Montana, digging in gas lines, electrical lines, applying cold weather kits and he helps create a smooth and efficient install. Matt is a great asset, and him and Montana make a great team.

Kendrix is our part time install tech. He spends his summers with us at Your Best Choice helping Montana and Matt install our generators. He is only 16 years old but his knowledge and muscle are a huge asset to our business.

Mike is our part time maintenance and service technician. He spends the summer with us doing maintenance on hundreds of Generac generators. Between changing oil, checking batteries, resetting valves and fixing any generator issues, he stays extremely busy during the summer months.

If you stop in and see us, you may run into one or all of these furry office friends. Zeus, Bo, and Stout usually take turns coming to work with Kenzie. They spend time visiting grandma Teresa, getting treats, and taking long naps below our feet. 🐾
